Q - How will my order be shipped? Can I combine orders?
A - All orders are shipped in sturdy cartons via ground shipping with tracking through USPS, FedEX, UPS, Lasership or OnTrac. Our warehouse will choose the optimal carrier for your geographical location. An email with tracking will be sent once your order has been shipped. Multiple orders cannot be combined due to product size and our warehouse fulfillment protocol.
Q - When will my order be shipped?
A - All in stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days by our fulfillment warehouse staff. All pre-order items are estimated to ship in the allotted timeline listed in the item description. Items will ship as they become available at the warehouse. Delays may occur and will be communicated via email.
Q - Do you ship internationally?
A - Yes! For Canada please click here. For the UK & EU please click here. Duties are assessed by the carrier and must be paid to complete shipment. We currently ship to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Q - My portfolio came with 20 sleeves, can I add more?
A - Refills are available through our shop page and each portfolio can comfortably hold up to 25 sleeves for transport and 50 sleeves for flat storage. Each sleeve is double sided, so it is designed to store at least two prints!
Q - How many prints can each portfolio hold? How do I safely transport my prints?
A - All portfolios can hold up to 50 sleeves which is good for over 100 prints! We only recommend going over 25 sleeves in a portfolio if you don't plan on transporting prints around, but instead just using the portfolio for flat, long term storage. Refill packs are sold separately.
Due to the weight of the prints stored, please keep your portfolio flat when not being transported. We highly advise against standing them upright for storage as you will cause stress on the binder mechanism. We also recommend that when filling your portfolio with over 50 prints, that transport is done carefully and in a flat manner. Prints are heavy in large quantities, so please be mindful of transport technique.
Q - Are the sleeves archival?
A - Yes, all of our sleeves and paper inserts are acid-free and archival.
Q - Can I cancel a pre-order? Can I return an item purchased on your website?
A - All sales are final. Please note that sometimes there are delays in production and logistics and estimated shipping timelines may be pushed back. Any delays will be communicated via email.
