Q - How will my portfolio be shipped? Can I combine orders? 

A - All portfolios are shipped in sturdy cartons via Ground shipping with tracking. We cannot ship to PO Boxes due to FedEx restrictions. An email with tracking will be sent once your order has been processed. Multiple orders cannot be combined due to product size and shipping constraints. 


Q - My portfolio only came with 10 sleeves, can I add more?

A - Yes of course! Refills are available through our shop page and each portfolio can comfortably hold up to 25 sleeves for transport and 50 sleeves for flat storage. We recommend no more than two 24" x 36" prints per sleeve, stored back to back. You can also fit two - 12" x 36" prints side by side on one side of a sleeve.    

Q - How many prints can each portfolio hold?

A - All portfolios are shipped with 10 sleeves which amounts to enough storage for 20 prints. By purchasing additional sleeve refill packs, that can be increased to 50 sleeves or 100 prints! We only recommend going over 25 sleeves per portfolio if you don't plan on transporting prints around, but instead just using the portfolio for flat storage. 

Q - Are the sleeves archival?

A - Yes, all of our sleeves and paper inserts are acid-free and archival. 

Q - Can I cancel a pre-order? Can I return an item purchased on your website? 

A - All sales are final. Any items damaged during transport will be replaced.
